Experienced Hard Landscaper / Team Leader Required

Salary: £38,000 – £50,000+ per year (approximately £180–£250+ per day), depending on experience and ability. Top rates paid for the right candidate.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Experienced Hard Landscaper / Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team based near Stowmarket, Suffolk.If you take pride in producing high-quality workmanship, can confidently lead projects from start to finish, and want to be part of a respected, family-run business with over 35 years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping projects while leading a small team when required. Projects include:

Porcelain and natural stone paving
Block paving and driveways
Brickwork and retaining walls
Sleeper installations
Fencing and gates
Turfing
Ponds and waterfalls
Pergolas and garden structures
Groundworks and drainage
Complete garden transformations

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years' experience in hard landscaping
Ability to confidently run projects from start to finish
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Experience leading or supervising a small team
Good knowledge of levels, drainage and ground preparation
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
